7 weeks away tomorrow. Closer than you think. Early morning training sessions start next week on Monday at 6am for those crazy enough to want to do some extra training. I will be there regardless doing some fitness training if anyone wants to join me. So bring a gi but we might do some fitness based circuits as well as rolling. Wednesday sessions will be at 12.30 during the day as previously. So basically there will be a session on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday to get prepared.
